Heels Pole Dance

Heels Pole Dance (also known as exotic pole dance) is a dance style performed on the pole in high heels, where movement combines strength, flexibility, and dance expression. Although this style is often associated with sensuality and femininity, in reality, heels pole dance can have many different characters, energies, and styles of performance.

Modern heels pole dance combines elements from various dance styles — ballet, hip-hop, jazz, vogue, and other styles — creating a versatile approach to movement and body expression.

Classes are practiced in specialized pole dance heels  — strip heels. At the beginning, it is also possible to train without heels, but over time they become an important part of this style, as technique, balance, and body mechanics are developed with the specific features of these shoes in mind.

Pole Tricks

Pole Tricks is a discipline that combines strength, technique, coordination, body control, and movement expression. During classes, we learn various pole elements: grips, hooks, entries into elements, transitions, holds, spins, strength tricks, flexibility tricks, and balances, combining them into sequences and gradually progressing from basic elements to more advanced movements.

Special attention is given not only to performing the trick itself but also to the quality of execution. It is important to understand how the body works in each element: where support should be placed, how weight is distributed, which muscles are engaged, and how to maintain control, balance, and safety. The main focus is always on performing tricks not only successfully but also with correct technique to prevent injuries.

During training, we work on strength, endurance, coordination, mobility, and core stability so that movement on the pole becomes more confident, technical, and aesthetically refined. We learn execution techniques step by step, from simple to more complex elements, practice safe entries and exits, and learn how to connect tricks into combinations.

This approach helps not only to master new elements but also to better understand your body, control your movements, and maintain a mindful approach while reducing the risk of injuries.

Contemporary Pole Dance

Contemporary Pole Dance (often also called Pole Art or Lyrical Pole) is a form of dance that combines pole technique with principles of contemporary dance, modern dance, classical choreography, jazz, street styles, and other movement practices, creating a versatile approach to movement and body expression.

Classes include pirouettes, spins around the pole, floorwork, movement combinations, and exploration of different movement qualities.

In our methodology, this discipline stands out because we do not follow one specific movement style or aesthetic. The content of each choreography depends on the artistic approach and dance background of the particular instructor, so classes may differ in mood, dynamics, and artistic expression.

Contemporary Pole Dance is practiced barefoot or in socks. This form of movement provides a wide space for self-expression and is often experienced as a freer, more natural, and deeper way of connecting with the body through movement.

Stretching

Stretching training is not only about improving flexibility but also a comprehensive approach to developing body mobility, joint range of motion, movement quality, and control.

During classes, we gently work on expanding movement range, improving joint mobility, and developing muscle strength and overall body coordination.

The foundation of the training is a biomechanical approach that considers how the body is structured, how joints move, which muscles require stretching, and which need strengthening and stabilization. Therefore, stretching is not based on pressure or forcing the body, but on a gradual, intelligent, and safe progression.

During classes, we combine gentle stretching, active mobility work, strength development in new ranges of motion, and movement control. This format helps not only to become more flexible but also to make movements freer, more stable, and more efficient.

Special attention is given to exercise technique, comfortable body positioning, symmetry, control, and body awareness. Our goal is not simply to achieve a split or perform a bridge by any means, but to develop flexibility while keeping the body strong, stable, and healthy.

These trainings are suitable for those who want to improve body mobility, reduce stiffness, work with areas of tension, feel better in movement, and develop flexibility safely.

Freestyle LAB

Freestyle Lab is a class focused on developing improvisation skills and learning to move freely through different tasks and situations.

During classes, we work with musicality, movement quality, creativity, and the ability to make quick decisions through movement. Using various improvisation exercises, participants expand their movement vocabulary, discover new forms, and learn to use their bodies more fully.

These skills help not only to feel more confident in improvisation but also to create more interesting choreographies, develop an individual style, and feel comfortable participating in freestyle sessions, battle formats, or other situations that require spontaneous movement.

Laboratory

In this class, we create our own dance, trick, or mixed combinations and choreographies. The Lab is a space for creativity, experimentation, and developing your own style. You can also receive individual guidance and support when preparing for competitions, performances, or video shoots.

The class is open to all levels, but having basic skills in at least one area (pole dance, dance, or tricks) will help you engage with the process more easily.

Body Recovery

A class focused on body recovery and self-care after physical activity. Through self-massage techniques, relaxation, and breathing practices, we help release tension, relax the body, and restore a feeling of lightness and balance.

Twerk

Twerk is a dance style based on active hip movements, isolations, rhythm, and body movement. The choreographies combine energetic movements, musicality, and expressive performance.
